Hallo, ich hatte so etwas früher schon einmal:

A spindle crash usually locks both the spindle drive and the tool changer for safety.
On our 5-axis machines (similar to Posmill), the controller often blocks rotation until the alarm is fully reset.

Before calling the technician, here are a few things you can try safely:

Power the machine off completely → wait 2–3 minutes → restart.

Try “Reset all alarms” on the controller.

Check if any tool is still half-clamped in the ATC.

Try to bring the ATC back to home position manually through the service menu.

If the spindle still does not rotate and the ATC stays locked, then the crash may have triggered a mechanical safety lock.
In that case calling a technician is the safest way — sometimes the drawbar or tool gripper needs to be checked.
