gildemeister ctx400 with pilot3190

Hi
i have a problem with my machine gildemeister ctx400
i have following alarm sw-ipo 4702 - drive for x impermisibly stopped or sw-ipo 1001 - contour error monitoring for x axis activated.
Тhere are no rules when alarms occur,it can be in automatic operation, it can be in manual operation and in idle mode when the door is closed, i.e. when the drivers for the x and z axis are under voltage.i have try some combinations with change drives and ddc2 card but i cant find the solution.
